Expanded Coverage Area
On January 1, 2005, TCA became the exclusive ambulance provider in the Towns of Amherst, Clarence, and Newstead and the Villages of Akron and Williamsville. TCA is also the exclusive ambulance provider in the Town of Tonawanda, the Village of Kenmore and the Cities of Tonawanda and North Tonawanda. 911 emergency calls comprise the overwhelming majority of our work. As a result, our EMTs, AEMTs, and Paramedics routinely respond to a number of interesting and challenging calls in a single shift.

EMS Stand-by Coverage
In addition to providing emergency and non-emergency ambulance service, we provide stand-by coverage for an array of events. On August 1, 2005, TCA became the exclusive EMS provider at HSBC Arena. Our EMTs, AEMTs and Paramedics provide medical services at Buffalo Sabres hockey games, Buffalo Bandits lacrosse games, concerts, and family shows.
