A famous politician once said, “The way to succeed in a particular endeavor is to under promise and over deliver.”  That is likely the perfect mantra for an elected official riding out his final term in office, but it is not at all suitable in an industry as competitive as EMS.  Our philosophy at TCA differs from that famous politician in that we promise to deliver exactly what our clients and patients ask for and then we find a creative way to deliver on that promise.

Delivering on a promise is often challenging.  We have been successful in delivering on our promises because every member of our organization is totally committed to delivering first-rate patient care and outstanding client service.  Our paramedics, intermediates, EMTs, dispatchers, and wheelchair van drivers have dedicated themselves to serving ill and injured Western New Yorkers in their times of need.  The Clark family of North Tonawanda, has owned Twin City Ambulance for 50 years and is absolutely devoted to the community we serve.  And the TCA management team approaches every challenge with a servant’s attitude and has made EMS its life's work.

I am honored to be part of this 50-year old family and its long history of providing first-rate EMS to the members of our community.  Because we are 100% family owned and locally operated, we are big enough to do what is asked of us, but not so big that we don’t know the names of those who are asking.  Thank you for placing your EMS needs in our hands.
